Cesar was born in Monterrey, Mexico and moved to Houston, Texas at a very young age. In 2009 after graduating high school Cesar moved to Austin, Texas to attend Huston-Tillotson University on a soccer scholarship and continue my education.
While at Huston-Tillotson (HT) he made 4 conference tournament postseasons with 1 national appearance to the Sweet 16. At Huston- Tillotson he started my coaching career as a Student Assistant and then became Assistant Coach after graduating.

Cesar is currently a teacher and the Boys Head Soccer Coach at Manor High School, prior to Coaching at Manor High School, Cesar was at Manor New Tech High School where we made the playoffs on our first year as a Soccer Program and ended up with a 12-6-1 record.
When he has am not Coaching, Playing, or watching sports he enjoys time with my family and friends. Cesar also enjoys going on runs and hikes with his two dogs. (Zero & Taz)
Cesar’s favorite sports teams are Monterrey/Rayados, Barcelona, Mexico, Houston Astros, and the Houston Rockets!
