Steve is originally from Austin and played with multiple clubs and various tournaments throughout the state. He grew up playing soccer because it was very inexpensive and you could play anywhere. Steve’s favorite team is Manchester United and whilst serving in the military he visited stadiums throughout Europe. Steve currently lives at home with his dog Dixie and his wife Tishun and one of his favorite things to do in Austin is visit Zilker Park.

Steve found his passion for coaching whilst he was in high school, where he first started at the YMCA in Oak Hill. Coach Steve says ‘Coaching to me is the greatest gift you could give these players and soccer is more than just a sport.’
Steve has coached for various clubs and indoor facilities such as Soccer Zone South Austin, Lonestar S.C. Austin, One World Soccer, Avila Soccer, Soccer Hub Austin/Houston.
