Alyssa is a native Texan who grew up in the Austin area.

In May 2024, she graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Telecommunication Media Studies, a Minor in Psychology, and a Certificate in Social Media. During her time at A&M, she managed social media accounts and marketing for various organizations and campaigns.

Before stepping into her current role, Alyssa spent seven years at YMCA Camp Twin Lakes. She started as a counselor and later moved into leadership, where she managed over 300 kids and 30 staff members each week while communicating daily with parents and campers.

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys reading, hiking, spending time with friends, and traveling.
