At FC Westlake, we are committed to providing the education, support, and resources needed to help individuals get started as youth soccer referees. Whether you are passionate about the game and looking for a way to stay involved on a part-time basis or a current FC Westlake player interested in gaining experience and earning money while giving back to the soccer community, we welcome you to explore refereeing opportunities with our club.
Through referee clinics, ongoing guidance, and mentorship from our referee assignor, we help new officials build their knowledge, develop confidence, and gain the experience needed to succeed on the field. Refereeing is a great opportunity to stay connected to the game, develop leadership and communication skills, and play an important role in creating a positive experience for players, coaches, and families throughout our soccer community.
