Overview
FC Westlake’s Pre-ECNL Girls program provides a competitive development pathway for U9–U12 players looking to strengthen their skills and prepare for the next stages of high-level soccer. The program is designed to build a strong foundation for players progressing into the ECNL and ECNL RL platforms at U13, emphasizing individual growth, team development, and a deeper understanding of the game.
Pre-ECNL Girls teams participate in a competitive schedule of league games, tournaments, and development opportunities throughout the season. Teams train three times per week, with structured sessions designed to challenge and improve players across their technical, tactical, physical, and psychological attributes. Through consistent training, competitive match play, and dedicated coaching, players develop the skills, confidence, and habits needed to continue progressing within the FC Westlake competitive pathway.
The program is designed for motivated players who are committed to their development and eager to compete in a challenging environment. Players and families should be prepared for travel to games and tournaments outside the local area, along with the time, effort, and dedication required to participate in a high-level soccer program.
