Wayne was born and raised in London, England. Prior to moving to the U.S. in 2013,  Wayne earned his English FA Level 1 and 2 coaching qualifications after injuries as a player led him to a career in coaching.  He has since earned his USSF A License,  National Youth License, USC Director of Coaching Diploma, USSF Club Technical Leadership License – Level 2, and NSCAA (now USC) National Diploma.

Wayne has served as a lead coach in the South Texas Olympic Development Program (ODP), which has included roles as a member of the Girls ODP Regional coaching staff, as well as leading South Texas teams to compete overseas in Dortmund, Germany, and Barcelona, Spain. Wayne is also an appointed member of the WDDOA Directors Council and STYSA Competitions Committee.

Prior to joining FC Westlake, Wayne had a successful tenure as Executive Director and Director of Coaching at Boerne Soccer Club, where he oversaw tremendous growth of the players, staff, and organization.  Wayne’s favorite soccer team is Arsenal, and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Patrice, and three children, Errol, Etta, and Bron.

Wayne is the current Director of Coaching at FC Westlake.
