FC Westlake’s ECNL Girls program provides a high-level competitive pathway for U13–U18 players looking to challenge themselves and continue developing within the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL). Competing in the ECNL Texas Conference, players are exposed to a demanding level of competition that emphasizes individual development, team performance, and preparation for future opportunities in the game, including collegiate soccer.

ECNL teams train three times per week, with structured sessions focused on developing each player’s technical ability, tactical understanding, physical performance, and psychological strength. Through competitive training environments, league play, and consistent coaching, players are challenged to improve their decision-making, elevate their performance, and contribute to their team's success.

Beyond the field, the program emphasizes accountability, leadership, discipline, and personal growth. Players are encouraged to support their teammates, build confidence, and represent FC Westlake with pride while developing the character and habits necessary to succeed both on and off the field.
