Michael is a goalkeeper coach with experience across MLS, USL, collegiate soccer, and City Football Group’s New York City FC. Throughout his career, he has worked with goalkeepers from the United States, Europe, and South America, including players who have earned youth national team call-ups for the U.S., Uruguay, and Poland. He credits every player he’s coached with teaching him something new, helping shape both his coaching philosophy and personal growth.

Michael holds a USSF B License, multiple MBP certifications, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a master’s degree in Sport and Entertainment Management. His background in psychology has had the greatest influence on his coaching style, emphasizing the importance of developing the person as much as the player. He is committed to creating an environment where goalkeepers feel supported, confident, and empowered to express themselves while developing the skills needed to perform with freedom.

Fluent in Spanish, Michael values building meaningful connections with players and families from diverse backgrounds. Away from the field, he enjoys reading, strength training, and running with his husky, Sol.
