Tomas was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and grew up in the Round Rock area. He began his coaching career 15 years ago in Austin with RR Crossfire before moving to Austin Texans.

He later relocated to Madrid, Spain, where he furthered his coaching education by completing his UEFA licenses and earning a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning through the Spanish Olympic Committee. During his time in Spain, Tomas worked with boys’ teams at Lugo Fuenlabrada, contributed to the growth of the Getafe International Program, coached the U16 and U18 girls’ teams at Real Madrid (CD Tacón), and served as an assistant coach and strength coach for Olímpico de Madrid, a third-division women’s team.

After five years abroad, Tomas returned to the United States and has spent the past four seasons coaching with Sting Austin.
