Bio
Jacqueline Martinez is an accomplished soccer coach with over a decade of experience as both a player and coach at the collegiate, high school, and elite youth club levels. She is passionate about mentoring and developing players while fostering a positive and competitive team culture.
Originally from California, Jacqueline served as Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Irvine Valley College (2014–2018), where she collaborated on tactical and technical development, recruiting, and individualized player mentorship. She was also the Head Coach of the Junior Varsity Girls Soccer team at Mater Dei High School and contributed to the varsity program, organizing summer camps focused on skill advancement and team cohesion.
From 2012 to 2018, Jacqueline coached elite girls’ teams in the ECNL program at Strikers FC in Irvine, CA. There, she emphasized technical and tactical excellence, helping guide players through the college recruitment process and competitive development.
As a player, Jacqueline competed at Concordia University Irvine, earning All-Golden State Athletic Conference honors and starting 34 matches over two seasons. She was also a standout at Santiago Canyon College, where she helped lead her team to an NJCAA National Championship in 2009 and earned MVP honors during the campaign.
She holds a US Soccer Grassroots Coaching License. Now based in Austin, Jacqueline is excited to bring her passion, experience, and leadership to FC Westlake.
