Aaron grew up in Buffalo, New York and then Mansfield, Texas. He went to Huston Tillotson University where he majored in Kinesiology and English. He played 3 years of college soccer where he helped Tillotson win a conference title while making multiple all conference teams.

After graduating from Tillotson he began his coaching career and has been coaching at various levels for the last 12 years. He coached at Lonestar Soccer club for 10 years coaching both boys and girls ages 11-19. While at Lonestar, Aaron had stints as an assistant coach for Huston Tillotson on both the mens and the womens side. He also worked as the head coach of Jubilee Leadership academy for 2 seasons. After leaving Lonestar, Aaron went on to coach in the ECNL program with SA City Soccer club in San Antonio. In 2023 Aaron left SA City to work in the Elite program at FC Westlake.

When he’s not coaching Aaron enjoys playing indoor soccer and watching Arsenal and the Knicks.
