Anderson is originally from Valparaiso, Indiana

He played soccer for various clubs from the recreational league U4 to the premier U14-U17 leagues. Also refereeing during his high school years. Recently moved to play on an adult league club here in Austin, Texas. His studies within the US Army gave him the discipline and work ethic to excel into coaching.

In 2012 Anderson came into his first coaching job as a goalkeeper trainer and JV coach of the very same high school team he played for. Spending 3 years there, that coaching staff he was a part of won 2 state championships, helping shape the star striker into scoring 32 goals in 15 games.

With that experience and a few years off in 2020 Anderson moved to the Austin, Texas area and a year later started as a summer camp coach for Challenger Sports. These British Soccer Camps gave him an elite education into the points of coaching. Later that same year he was picked to move to Massauchetts to train coaches on the curriculum I had been taught in. Managing approximately 50 teams and 40-500 children ages ranging from 3-14 years old.

In his spare time, Anderson spends it watching comedy shows and live soccer matches as much as possible. Also, he currently works for Guest services at Q2 stadium and is at every home match Austin FC has.
