Carlos Arizpe grew up in Arizona, where he competed at the ECNL level through age 18 before going on to play four years of club soccer at Texas A&M University as a center mid.

During his collegiate career, Carlos joined Cavalry FC in College Station, where he spent three years as a youth academy coach working with players ages 4–10. During that time he also served as General Manager of the club’s UPSL team.

A lifelong Barcelona supporter, Carlos brings a technical, possession-minded approach to player development. Outside of soccer, he works in commercial real estate, plays tennis, and rock climbs.
