George was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, and has built a lifelong career in soccer as both a player and coach. He currently holds his USSF B national license and brings extensive experience from multiple levels of the game.

As a player, George competed at the club and high school levels before moving on to play NCAA Division II soccer at the University of the Texas at the Permian Basin. He also played in the USL PDL with the West Texas Sockers and the El Paso Patriots, gaining valuable experience in a highly competitive environment.

George began his coaching career in 2013 with FC Dallas West Texas. He later moved to New York City, where he continued his development as a coach with Soccer Stars United, based in Manhattan. In 2020, he returned to Texas and joined Barça Academy Austin as a coach, further refining his philosophy and approach to player development. He then went on to serve as a director at One World Soccer, expanding his leadership and program management experience.

In 2025, George became the Club Director of Sting Austin, and he now serves as the Competitive Director North for FC Westlake. In every role, George is committed to sharing his passion for soccer with the community and is dedicated to helping players grow not only as athletes, but as confident, respectful, and well-rounded human beings.
