Kolade played club and school soccer throughout his childhood. After graduating High School, he played four years of collegiate soccer at Schreiner University in Kerrville, TX, while receiving his degree in Cellular Biology. Kolade then went on to get his Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Houston where he was a coach and a private trainer at the Houston Center of Soccer.

Kolade now resides in Austin where he works as a process development engineer and spends his free time socializing with friends and traveling
