Bio
Noah Fink was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area. He grew up playing a variety of sports but focused on soccer and lacrosse during high school. He went on to attend Bucknell University, where he was a student-athlete and graduated with a degree in International Relations. During his time at Bucknell, he played lacrosse all four years and was a member of the undefeated Patriot League Championship team.
Following graduation, Noah joined the Peace Corps and served in Paraguay as a beekeeper. His role consisted of teaching and working with small farmers to create and expand apiaries. He later earned a master’s degree in International Relations and Business from the University of California, San Diego. While completing his graduate studies, he began coaching high school lacrosse at Torrey Pines and Coronado.
In 2002, Noah relocated to Austin, Texas, where he launched a small business (ADRLN) and also became the head coach of the University of Texas Men’s Club Lacrosse team. Over eight seasons, he led the team to multiple league championships. In 2010, he joined St. Stephen’s Episcopal School to lead the lacrosse program, where he continues to serve as head coach. He has also coached varsity soccer at St. Stephen’s for six years.
In addition to his professional work and school coaching roles, Noah has been a long-time coach with FC Westlake, where he has worked with teams across all levels for over a decade.
Noah currently works full-time with Re:wild, an international conservation nonprofit, where he helps develop strategic partnerships. He and his wife, Sarah, live in Austin and are proud parents of four daughters: Kayla (19), Emila (16), Savannah (14), and Mariela (12).
