Oscar is an elementary art teacher and has been coaching soccer for approximately 8–9 years, starting at the recreational level and progressing to higher-level teams, including the 2009 ECNL RL level in Houston. During the summers, Oscar also coaches soccer camps throughout Texas.

As a player, Oscar spent many years with a great club in Houston and had the opportunity to travel to San Sebastián, Spain, to compete in the Donosti Cup. He also played amateur soccer in Houston before shifting his focus toward his education and earning his master’s degree.

Off the field, Oscar enjoys art, jazz, Mexican and Italian food, traveling, and continuing to grow as a coach. He is currently working toward earning his B License while continuing to develop his future as an educator.

Oscar is truly grateful to be part of FC Westlake and is excited for what’s ahead. He is ready to get to work and looks forward to being part of the FC Westlake community.
