Pranav Menon is a coach with experience across junior academy environments in both Texas and Illinois. He has spent the past two years coaching within FC Westlake’s Junior Academy, working primarily in the 5v5 and 7v7 age groups and focusing on player development at the foundational stages of the game.

Prior to joining FC Westlake, Pranav coached with Illinois FC and Lil Kickers in Champaign, supporting young players at the introductory and early development levels. He holds U.S. Soccer Grassroots and D License certifications and continues to pursue further coaching education.

As a player, Pranav competed in the U-17 Indian National Youth League with Roots FC, giving him valuable perspective on the player pathway and the demands of competitive soccer. He is passionate about creating positive learning environments where players can build confidence, develop strong technical habits, and grow their love for the game.
